Every Doenara piece is made to order in our Los Angeles workshop. Production takes 2 to 4 weeks. Once complete, your ring ships via insured FedEx with no additional cost. US delivery typically arrives within 2 to 7 business days after production.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition. A 10% restocking fee applies. Custom pieces may have different terms. Every ring includes our warranty covering resizing, repairs for loose stones or bent prongs, and manufacturer defects.
Materials & Certification
All Doenara rings are crafted in 14k solid gold, 58.3% pure. No vermeil. No plating. Nothing that won't last. Every diamond is lab-grown and IGI-certified, independently graded for cut, clarity, color, and carat weight. Your ring arrives with full certification documentation.
Craftsmanship
Each piece begins as a CAD design and is brought to life by hand in our workshop. Over 35 years of bench-jewelry heritage inform every setting, every polish, every finished edge. We produce roughly 10 pieces per week. Intentional, not mass-produced.
