Refund Policy

We want you to love your Doenara ring. If something is not right, we are here to make it right. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Any request made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your ring must be:
- Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the original IGI certificate and any included documentation
Rings that show signs of wear, damage, or modification are not eligible.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund of every returned item. This fee covers the cost of inspection, re-certification, and returning the piece to sellable condition. The fee is stated upfront so there are no surprises.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed rings
- Engraved or personalized pieces
- Rings resized beyond our standard sizing range
- Any item marked final sale at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email contact@doenara.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within one business day with insured return shipping instructions. Please do not send any item back without first contacting us.
Refund Processing
Once your returned ring arrives at our workshop, we will inspect it within 3 business days. If the return is approved, your refund (less the 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or a different ring from the Prime Band Collection, contact us within the 30-day window. Exchanges are subject to availability and any price difference. Custom exchanges are assessed case by case.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping method. Doenara is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your ring arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
