Every Doenara ring is handcrafted to order in our Los Angeles workshop. Because we do not keep inventory, shipping times are made up of two parts: production and delivery. We want you to know exactly what to expect.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2 to 4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. Custom and personalized orders may take 3 to 5 weeks. If your order includes a stone or setting that requires additional sourcing, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

All Doenara orders ship via FedEx with full insurance included at no additional cost to you. Once your ring leaves our workshop:

  • United States: 2 to 7 business days after production completes
  • International: Available on request. Please contact us at contact@doenara.com or via WhatsApp before placing your order so we can confirm availability, duties, and timelines for your destination.

Signature Required

Because every package contains fine jewelry, a signature is required at delivery. If no one is available to sign, FedEx will hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your ring ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. You can follow your order from our workshop to your door.

Shipping Insurance

All Doenara shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. If anything goes wrong, contact us immediately and we will work directly with FedEx on your behalf.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging — contact us within 48 hours at contact@doenara.com with photos and your order number. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please also reach out within 48 hours so we can open an investigation.
