Welcome to Doenara. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of doenara.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from Doenara. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Doenara
Doenara is a family-run fine jewelry workshop based in Los Angeles, California. We design and manufacture lab-grown diamond engagement rings and fine gold jewelry made to order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in error, or cannot be fulfilled.
4. Pricing
All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including diamond grades, metal composition, and ring specifications. However, minor variations in color, appearance, and finish are a natural part of handmade jewelry. Screen displays may differ slightly from the actual piece.
6. Custom Orders
Custom-designed rings are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. A 50% deposit is required to begin production after the CAD design is approved. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Deposits become non-refundable once we begin casting.
7. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Financing and installment options may be available at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, and ring photographs — is the property of Doenara and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without our written permission.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doenara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your purchase of any product. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Doenara harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
